Chapter 86
वर्जित चैव व्यसनै: सुघोरै: सप्तभिर्भुशम् अष्टानां मन्त्रिणां मध्ये मन्त्र राजोपधारयेत्
varjitaś caiva vyasanaiḥ sughoraiḥ saptabhir bhuśam | aṣṭānāṃ mantriṇāṃ madhye mantraṃ rājopadhārayet ||
ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸੱਤ ਅਤਿ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਵਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਅੱਠ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਗੁਪਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਲਾਹ-ਮਸ਼ਵਰਾ ਕਰੇ।
