वायुदेव उवाच नासुद्गत् परमं मन्त्र नारदाहति वेदितुम् | अपण्डितो वापि सुहृत् पण्डितो वाप्यनात्मवान्
vāyudeva uvāca nāsudgataḥ paramaṃ mantraṃ nāradāhati veditum | apaṇḍito vāpi suhṛt paṇḍito vāpyanātmavān
ਵਾਯੁਦੇਵ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—“ਨਾਰਦ ਉਸ ਪਰਮ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕੋਈ ਸੁਹਿਰਦ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਅਪੰਡਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ; ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਪੰਡਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਆਤਮ-ਸੰਯਮ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।”
