Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures

राजा होवाखिलं लोकं॑ समुदीर्ण समुत्सुकम्‌ । प्रसादयति धर्मेण प्रसाद्य च विराजते

Transliteration

rājā hovākhilaṃ lokaṃ samudīrṇaṃ samutsukam | prasādayati dharmeṇa prasādya ca virājate |

Translation

ਰਾਜਾ ਧਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ, ਉਤਸੁਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਥਲ-ਪੁਥਲ ਹੋਏ ਸਮੂਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ; ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਆਪ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਜਤেজ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਭੂਸ਼ਿਤ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
