राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
नास्यापवादे स्थातव्यं दक्षेणाक्लिष्टकर्मणा । धर्म्यमाकांक्षता लोकमी श्वरस्पानसूयता
nāsyāpavāde sthātavyaṃ dakṣeṇākliṣṭa-karmaṇā | dharmyām ākāṅkṣatā lokaṃ īśvaras tv anasūyatā ||
ਜੋ ਦੱਖ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਰਮ ਅਕਲੁਸ਼ (ਨਿਰਮਲ) ਹਨ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਵਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਰੋਪਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਖੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਧਰਮਮਈ ਲੋਕ ਦੀ ਆਕਾਂਛਾ ਰੱਖਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਈਰਖਾ ਤੇ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਤੋਂ ਰਹਿਤ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
