Āśrama-dharma: Duties of the Four Life-Stages (आश्रमधर्मः)
ऋषयस्तं प्रशंसन्ति साधु चैतदसंशयम् । सर्वथा सर्वदा वर्णर्यष्टव्यमिति निर्णय:
ṛṣayas taṃ praśaṃsanti sādhu caitad asaṃśayam | sarvathā sarvadā varṇair yaṣṭavyam iti nirṇayaḥ ||
ਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ—ਇਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਸੰਦੇਹ ਨਹੀਂ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ, ਸਭ ਵਰਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਯੱਗ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ—ਇਹੀ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੱਕਾ ਨਿਰਣਾ ਹੈ।
