अस्मानभिगतश्चासि वयं च त्वामुपस्थिता: । कार्य चातिथ्यमस्माभिवरयं सर्वे कुटुम्बिन:
asmān abhigataś cāsi vayaṁ ca tvām upasthitāḥ | kāryaṁ cātithyam asmābhir varaṁ sarve kuṭumbinaḥ ||
ਤੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਅਤਿਥੀ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹਾਂ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੇਰਾ ਆਤਿਥ੍ਯ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਾਡਾ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ ਹੈ; ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਗ੍ਰਿਹਸਥ ਹਾਂ।
