अफ-४#-रा- चतुःपज्चाशर्दाधिकत्रिशततमो< ध्याय: अतिथिद्दारा स्वर्गके विभिन्न मार्गोका कथन ब्राह्मण उवाच समुत्पन्नाभिधानो5स्मि वाड्माधुर्येण तेडनघ । मित्रत्वमभिपन्नस्त्वं किंचिद् वक्ष्यामि तच्छुणु
brāhmaṇa uvāca | samutpannābhidhāno 'smi vāṅ-mādhuryena te 'nagha | mitratvam abhipannas tvaṁ kiñcid vakṣyāmi tac chṛṇu ||
ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਹੇ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼! ਤੇਰੀ ਮਿੱਠੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਿਰਦਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸਨੇਹ ਨਾਲ ਬੱਝ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ; ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਮੰਨ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ—ਸੁਣ।
