Atithi-prāpti and the Brāhmaṇa’s Deliberation on Triadic Dharma (अतिथिप्राप्तिः धर्मत्रयविचारश्च)
वयं सृष्टा हि भगवंस्त्वया च प्रभविष्णुना । येन यस्मिन्नधीकारे वर्तितव्यं पितामह
vaiṁ sṛṣṭā hi bhagavaṁs tvayā ca prabhaviṣṇunā | yena yasminn adhikāre vartitavyaṁ pitāmaha ||
ਉਹ ਬੋਲੇ—“ਭਗਵਨ! ਪਿਤਾਮਹ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮਹਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ; ਸਾਨੂੰ ਰਚਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਹੀ ਹੋ। ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜੋ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਤੱਬ ਨਿਯਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਉਦੇਸ਼-ਸਾਧਕ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਅਹੰਕਾਰ ਭਰੇ ਹਠ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?”
