सुतप्तं वस्तपो विप्रा: प्रसन्नेनान्तरात्मना

Transliteration

sutaptaṁ vastapo viprāḥ prasannenāntarātmanā

Translation

ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—“ਹੇ ਵਿਪ੍ਰੋ! ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਤਪ ਸੁਤਪਤ ਹੈ—ਅਰਥਾਤ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿੱਧ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ; ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਅੰਤਰਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।”
