Saṃhāra-krama (The Sequence of Cosmic Dissolution) — Yājñavalkya’s Discourse
यथा चानिमिषा: स्थूला जाल छित्त्वा पुनर्जलम् । प्राप्रुवन्ति तथा योगास्तत् पं वीतकल्मषा:
yathā cānimiṣāḥ sthūlā jālaṃ chittvā punar jalam | prāpnuvanti tathā yogās tat-padaṃ vīta-kalmaṣāḥ ||
ਜਿਵੇਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ, ਅਨਿਮੇਸ਼ ਮੱਛੀਆਂ ਜਾਲ ਕੱਟ ਕੇ ਮੁੜ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਾ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਯੋਗੀ ਪਾਪ-ਕਲਮਸ਼ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਪਰਮ ਪਦ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
