Śānti-parva Adhyāya 3: Karṇa’s training under Rāma Jāmadagnya and the Bhārgava restriction on the Brahmāstra

तस्मै स विधिवत कृत्स्नं ब्रह्मास्त्रं सनिवर्तनम्‌ प्रोवाचाखिलमव्यग्रं तपस्वी तत्‌ तपस्विने

tasmai sa vidhivat kṛtsnaṃ brahmāstraṃ sanivartanam | provācākhilam avyagraṃ tapasvī tat tapasvine ||

ਫਿਰ ਤਪਸਵੀ ਪਰਸ਼ੁਰਾਮ ਨੇ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਉਪਸੰਹਾਰ (ਵਾਪਸੀ) ਸਮੇਤ ਪੂਰਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾਸਤਰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਚਿੱਤ ਨਾਲ, ਬਿਨਾ ਵਿਖਰਾਅ ਦੇ, ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ—ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇੱਕ ਤਪਸਵੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਤਪਸਵੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
