राजानं शतथधन्वानं दिलीपं सत्यवादिनम्‌ | ये5पश्यन्‌ सुमहात्मानं तेडपि स्वर्गजितो नरा:

Transliteration

rājānaṃ śatadhanvānaṃ dilīpaṃ satyavādinam | ye 'paśyan sumahātmānaṃ te 'pi svargajito narāḥ ||

Translation

ਵਾਯੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਸੱਚ-ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ‘ਸ਼ਤਧਨ੍ਵਾ’ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਰਾਜਾ ਦਿਲੀਪ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੇਖਿਆ, ਉਹ ਕੇਵਲ ਦਰਸ਼ਨ-ਮਾਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਸਵਰਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
