युवा श्यामो लोहिताक्षो मातज़् इव यूथप: । आजानुबाहु: सुमुख: सिंहस्कन्धो महाभुज:
yuvā śyāmo lohitākṣo mātaga iva yūthapaḥ | ājānubāhuḥ sumukhaḥ siṁhaskandho mahābhujaḥ ||
ਸ਼੍ਰੀਰਾਮਚੰਦਰ ਨਵਯੁਵਕ, ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਵਰਣ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੌਲੀ ਲਾਲੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਨ। ਉਹ ਹਾਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਝੁੰਡ ਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਾਂਹਾਂ ਘੁੱਟਣਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਲੰਬੀਆਂ; ਮੁਖ ਸੁੰਦਰ; ਮੋਢੇ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਰਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਂਹਾਂ ਮਹਾਬਲੀ ਸਨ।
