यथा चैवाभवद् युद्ध॑ तच्चाचक्ष्व पितामह । विस्तरेण महाबाहो परं कौतूहलं हि मे
Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca: yathā caivābhavad yuddhaṃ tac cācakṣva pitāmaha | vistareṇa mahābāho paraṃ kautūhalaṃ hi me ||
ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਪਿਤਾਮਹ! ਉਹ ਯੁੱਧ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਓਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸੋ। ਹੇ ਮਹਾਬਾਹੋ! ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰੋ; ਸੁਣਨ ਦੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਉਤਸੁਕਤਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਹੈ।
