अध्याय १७८ — प्राणवायुगतिः तथा शारीराग्निव्यवस्था
Adhyāya 178 — The courses of prāṇa-vāyu and the regulation of the bodily fire
तयो: सम्प्राप्तयोरुष्ट: स्कन्धदेशममर्षण: । उत्थायोत्क्षिप्प तौ दम्यौ प्रससार महाजव:
tayōḥ samprāptayōruṣṭaḥ skandhadēśam amarṣaṇaḥ | utthāyōtkṣipya tau damyau prasasāra mahājavaḥ ||
ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਗਰਦਨ-ਕੰਧੇ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ, ਤਾਂ ਊਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਅਸਹਿਣ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਹ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ ਉੱਠ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋਇਆ, ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬੱਛੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਉਠਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਮਹਾਂ ਵੇਗ ਨਾਲ ਦੌੜ ਪਿਆ।
