Bharadvāja–Bhṛgu Dialogue
भीष्म उवाच पुत्रस्यैतद् वच: श्रुत्वा यथाकार्षीत् पिता नूप । तथा त्वमपि वर्तस्व सत्यधर्मपरायण:
bhīṣma uvāca putrasyaitad vacaḥ śrutvā yathākārṣīt pitā nṛpa | tathā tvam api vartasva satyadharmaparāyaṇaḥ ||
ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਹੇ ਨਰੇਸ਼ਵਰ! ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਇਹ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਨੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸੱਚ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਚਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਤੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੱਚ-ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਾਇਣ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਯਥੋਚਿਤ ਵਰਤਾਵ ਕਰ।
