ततो जाम्बूनदी: पात्रीर्वजाड़का विमला: शुभा: । वरान्नपूर्णा विप्रेभ्य: प्रादान्मधुघृतप्लुता:

Transliteration

tato jāmbūnadīḥ pātrīr vajāḍkā vimalāḥ śubhāḥ | varānna-pūrṇā viprebhyaḥ prādān madhu-ghṛta-plutāḥ ||

Translation

ਤਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੀਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੜੀਆਂ ਜਾਮਬੂਨਦ-ਸੋਨੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਿਰਮਲ, ਸ਼ੁਭ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਥਾਲੀਆਂ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ—ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਭੋਜਨ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੀਆਂ, ਘਿਉ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣੇ ਮਿੱਠਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਯੁਕਤ, ਸ਼ਹਿਦ ਅਤੇ ਘ੍ਰਿਤ ਨਾਲ ਭਿੱਜੀਆਂ—ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਦਰ-ਸਹਿਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
