On Gratitude and Friendship Ethics
ततो वर्षसहस्रान्ते वितानमकरोत प्रभु: । विधिना कल्पदृष्टेन यथावच्चोपपादितम्
tato varṣa-sahasrānte vitānam akarot prabhuḥ | vidhinā kalpa-dṛṣṭena yathāvac copapāditam, tathā brahmarṣibhiś caiva sadasyaiḥ upaśobhitam |
ਫਿਰ ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਵਰ੍ਹੇ ਬੀਤ ਜਾਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਤ੍ਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਖੀ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਯੱਗ-ਵਿਤਾਨ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਹ ਯਥਾਵਿਧੀ ਠੀਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਸਭਾ-ਸਦਸ੍ਯ ਰਿਤਵਿਜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਸ਼ੋਭਿਤ ਹੋਇਆ; ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਯਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮਹਾਯੱਗ ਚਲ ਪਿਆ।
