शूरलक्षणवर्णनम् | Marks and Typologies of Martial Temperament
मेघस्वना: क्रोधमुखा: केचित् करभसंनिभा: । जिद्दानासाग्रजिद्ना श्व दूरगा दूरपातिन:
meghasvanāḥ krodhamukhāḥ kecit karabhasaṁnibhāḥ | jihvādānāsāgrajihvāś ca dūraga dūrapātinaḥ ||
ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਕੁਝ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਮੀਂਹਲੇ ਬੱਦਲਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਗੱਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ, ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਵਾਲੇ, ਊਂਟ ਵਰਗੇ ਸਰੀਰ ਵਾਲੇ; ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜੀਭ ਵੰਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੱਕ ਦੀ ਨੋਕ ਵਿਗੜੀ ਹੋਵੇ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੂਰ ਤੱਕ ਦੌੜ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੂਰਲੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਡਾਹ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
