Indratīrtha–Ādityatīrtha: Balarāma’s Ritual Bathing, Dāna, and Sacred-Historical Recollections

साब्रवीत्‌ पृथुताम्राक्षी देवं सप्तर्षिसंसदि । भगवान्‌ यदि मे प्रीतस्तीर्थ स्पादिदमद्भुतम्‌

sābravīt pṛthutāmrākṣī devaṃ saptarṣi-saṃsadi | bhagavān yadi me prītas tīrtha-spād idam adbhutam ||

ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਤਦ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਤਾਂਬੇ-ਲਾਲ ਨੇਤਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਦੇਵੀ ਨੇ ਸਪਤ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਵ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ— “ਭਗਵਨ, ਜੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਹੋ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਪਰਸ਼ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਤੀਰਥ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ।”
