सुव्रतं च महात्मानं शुभकर्माणमेव च

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

suvrataṃ ca mahātmānaṃ śubhakarmāṇam eva ca |

rudrair vasubhir ādityair aśvibhyāṃ ca vṛtaḥ prabhuḥ ||

Translation

ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਸੁਵ੍ਰਤ ਵਾਲਾ, ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਕਰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਤ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਰੁਦ੍ਰਾਂ, ਵਸੂਆਂ, ਆਦਿਤਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਅਸ਼ਵਿਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਖੜਾ ਸੀ।
