रोहिणीं निवसत्येव प्रीयमाणो मुहुर्मुहु: । पृथ्वीनाथ! पिताके विदा करनेपर वे पुनः चन्द्रमाके घरमें लौट गयीं, तथापि भगवान् सोम फिर रोहिणीके पास ही अधिकाधिक प्रेमपूर्वक रहने लगे
rohiṇīṃ nivasatyeva prīyamāṇo muhur muhuḥ |
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਹੇ ਪૃਥਵੀਨਾਥ! ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਦਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਚੰਦਰਮਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਧਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਗਿਆ; ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ, ਵਧਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਨਾਲ, ਅਧਿਕਤਰ ਰੋਹਿਣੀ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੀ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ।
