शारदोत्पलपत्राक्ष्या शारदोत्पलगन्धया । शारदोत्पलसेविन्या रूपेण श्रीसमानया,उसके नेत्र शरद्ू-ऋतुके प्रफुल्ल कमलदलके समान सुन्दर एवं विशाल हैं। उसके शरीरसे शारदीय कमलके समान सुगन्ध फैलती रहती है। वह शरद्-ऋतुके कमलोंका सेवन करती है तथा रूपमें साक्षात् लक्ष्मीके समान है

ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਸ਼ਰਦ ਰੁੱਤ ਦੇ ਖਿੜੇ ਕਮਲ-ਪੱਤਿਆਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਤੇ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਹਨ; ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ਾਰਦੀ ਕਮਲ ਜਿਹੀ ਸੁਗੰਧ ਫੈਲਦੀ ਹੈ; ਉਹ ਸ਼ਰਦ-ਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਕਮਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਮਦੀ ਹੈ; ਅਤੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ (ਲਕਸ਼ਮੀ) ਸਮਾਨ ਹੈ।
