Dyūta-kathā-praśnaḥ — Inquiry into the Dice-Game Calamity
एवमीदृशकं स्वप्न द्रक्ष्यसि त्वं विशाम्पते । मा तत्कृते हानुध्याहि कालो हि दुरतिक्रम:
evamīdṛśakaṃ svapnaṃ drakṣyasi tvaṃ viśāmpate | mā tatkṛte hānudhyāhi kālo hi duratikramaḥ ||
ਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਥ! ਤੂੰ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਵੇਖੇਂਗਾ। ਪਰ ਉਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਨਾ ਕਰੀਂ; ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਣਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਦੁਰਲੱਭ ਹੈ।
