तथैव सर्वपञ्चाला जरासंधभयार्दिता: । स्वराज्यं सम्परित्यज्य विद्रुता: सर्वतो दिशम्‌,उसी प्रकार समस्त पंचालदेशीय क्षत्रिय जरासंधके भयसे दुःखी हो अपना राज्य छोड़कर चारों दिशाओंमें भाग गये हैं

tathaiva sarvapañcālā jarāsandhabhayārditāḥ | svarājyaṃ samparityajya vidrutāḥ sarvato diśam ||

ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਂਚਾਲ ਜਰਾਸੰਧ ਦੇ ਡਰ ਨਾਲ ਪੀੜਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ।
