Vaiśravaṇa-sabhā-varṇanam
Description of Kubera’s Assembly Hall
नानाप्रहरणैरुग्रैर्वातिरिव महाजवै: । वृतः सखायमन्वास्ते सदैव धनदं नूप
nānāpraharaṇair ugrair vātir iva mahājavaiḥ | vṛtaḥ sakhāyam anvāste sadaiva dhanadaṃ nṛpaśreṣṭha ||
ਨਾਰਦ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ! ਨਾਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਉਗਰ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਹਵਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਮਹਾਂ ਤੇਜ਼ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਭੂਤ-ਪ੍ਰੇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਿੱਤਰ—ਸਦਾ ਧਨ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਧਨਦ ਕੁਬੇਰ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਹੀ ਸਦਾ ਬੈਠਦਾ ਹੈ।
