नवमीं दशमीं चास्य तथा चैकादशीं वृष: । ज्याशतं शतसंधान: स कर्णो नावबुध्यते
navamīṁ daśamīṁ cāsya tathā caikādaśīṁ vṛṣaḥ | jyāśataṁ śatasandhānaḥ sa karṇo nāvabudhyate ||
ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਦੀ ਨੌਵੀਂ, ਦਸਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਆਰਵੀਂ ਧਨੁਸ਼-ਡੋਰੀ ਕੱਟ ਦੇਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਵੀ, ਬਲਦ-ਸਮ ਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮੀ, ਸੌ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਧਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਇਹ ਨਾ ਸਮਝ ਸਕਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਦੇ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੌ ਡੋਰੀਆਂ ਬੱਝੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
