पुनर्योद्धास्मि वार्ष्णेय शत्रुभि: सह संयुगे । “अतः आप मेरा प्रिय करनेके लिये वहीं चलिये

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca | punar yoddhāsmi vārṣṇeya śatrubhiḥ saha saṃyuge |

Translation

ਹੇ ਵਾਰਸ਼ਣੇਯ, ਮੈਂ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਲੜਾਂਗਾ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਜੋ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਿਯ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਚਲੋ—ਉੱਥੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਰਾਜਾ ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਹਨ। ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਧਰਮਪੁਤਰ ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਨੂੰ ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਫਿਰ ਰਣਭੂਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਤ ਕੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਟੱਕਰ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ।
