कर्णवधार्थं धनञ्जयस्य प्रतिज्ञा — Arjuna’s resolve for Karṇa’s defeat
ततो<5परेण भल्लेन केतुं विव्याध मारिष । स वानरवरो राजन् विश्वकर्मकृतो महान्
tato 'pareṇa bhallena ketuṁ vivyādha māriṣa | sa vānaravaro rājan viśvakarmakṛto mahān |
ਤਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਇੱਕ ਭੱਲ ਨਾਲ ਧੁਜ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਧ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਹੇ ਮਾਰਿਸ। ਹੇ ਰਾਜਨ, ਵਿਸ਼ਵਕਰਮਾ-ਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਉਹ ਮਹਾਨ ਵਾਨਰ-ਚਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਯੁੱਧ ਦੀ ਘੋਰਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬਲ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਖੜਾ ਰਿਹਾ।
