क्रोधप्रदीप्तं त्वहितं महान्तं कुन्तीपुत्रं शमयिष्यामि भल्लै: । “तीखे दाढ़ोंवाले विषधर सर्पके समान दुर्धर्ष
krodhapradīptaṃ tv ahitaṃ mahāntaṃ kuntīputraṃ śamayīṣyāmi bhallaiḥ |
ਸੰਜਯ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ— “ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਨਾਲ ਭੜਕਦਾ ਮੇਰਾ ਉਹ ਮਹਾਨ ਵੈਰੀ ਕੁੰਤੀਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਰਜੁਨ—ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਭੱਲ-ਤੀਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ। ਉਹ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਦੰਦਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਧਰ ਸੱਪ ਵਾਂਗ ਦੁਰਧਰਸ਼, ਅਪ੍ਰਮੇਯ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗ ਵਰਗਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਹੈ; ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਭੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।”
