Karṇa’s Pressure on the Pāñcālas; Duryodhana Disabled; Arjuna’s Counter-Advance
स पक्षाभ्यां स्पृशन्नार्तस्तुण्डेन च महार्णवे । काको दृढपरिश्रान्त: सहसा निपपात ह
sa pakṣābhyāṃ spṛśann ārtaḥ tuṇḍena ca mahārṇave | kāko dṛḍha-pariśrāntaḥ sahasā nipapāta ha ||
ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਥੱਕਿਆ ਕਾਂ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਪੰਖਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਚ ਨਾਲ ਮਹਾਂਸਾਗਰ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਹਿੰਦਾ ਛੁਹਿੰਦਾ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਡਿੱਗ ਪਿਆ; ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਉਹ ਤੀਖੀ ਪੀੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ।
