महामेघं महाघोरें दर्दुरः प्रतिनर्दसि । बाणतोयप्रदं लोके नरपर्जन्यमर्जुनम्
mahāmeghaṃ mahāghoreṃ darduraḥ pratinardasi | bāṇatoyapradaṃ loke naraparjanyam arjunam ||
ਸੰਜਯ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਜਿਵੇਂ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਮਹਾਂ-ਬੱਦਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਇੱਕ ਮੇਡਕ ਟਰਰ-ਟਰਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਨਾਦ ਕਰੇ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਤੂੰ ਬਾਣ-ਰੂਪੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ‘ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਬੱਦਲ’ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਗਰਜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈਂ।
