Tripura-destruction exemplum and counsel to Śalya
तत्र नादो महानासीत् पाण्डवानां विशाम्पते
tatra nādo mahān āsīt pāṇḍavānāṁ viśāmpate
ਤਦ, ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਪਤੇ, ਪਾਂਡਵਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਮਹਾਨ ਗੱਜਣਾ ਉੱਠੀ—ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਯੁੱਧ-ਨਾਦ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਨਿਸ਼ਚੇ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ-ਯੁੱਧ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਫੌਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਹੌਸਲਾ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਦਾ ਸੀ।
