पादे तु दक्षिणे राजन् गौतम: सत्यविक्रम: । त्रिगर्तें: सुमहेष्वासैर्दाक्षिणात्यैश्व संवृत:
pāde tu dakṣiṇe rājan gautamaḥ satyavikramaḥ | trigartaiḥ sumāheṣvāsair dākṣiṇātyaiś ca saṃvṛtaḥ ||
ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਹੇ ਰਾਜਨ! ਵਿਊਹ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪੈਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੌਤਮ—ਸੱਚੇ ਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਚਾਰਯ—ਖੜੇ ਸਨ; ਮਹਾਨ ਧਨੁਧਾਰੀ ਤ੍ਰਿਗਰਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਯੋਧਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
