द्रोण–सात्यकि द्वैरथम्
Droṇa and Sātyaki: The Chariot Duel
कम्पमानो ज्वरेणेव नि:श्वसंश्व मुहुर्महु: । पार्णिं पाणौ विनिष्थिष्य श्वसमानो<घश्रुनेत्रवान्
kampamāno jvareṇeva niḥśvasaṁś ca muhur muhuḥ | pārṇiṁ pāṇau viniṣṭhiṣya śvasamāno ’śrunetravān ||
ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ: “ਉਹ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਬੁਖਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਬ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਮੁੜ ਮੁੜ ਭਾਰੀ ਸਾਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ, ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਧਰ ਲਿਆ; ਹੱਫਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ, ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਅੰਸੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰ ਗਈਆਂ।”
