Adhyāya 141 — Night duels: Śaineya and Bhūriśravas; Droṇi and Ghaṭotkaca; Bhīma and Duryodhana
अथापरेण भल्ल्लेन सूतपुत्र॑ स्तनान्तरे । आजयचघान भशं क्रुद्धो हसन्निव वृकोदर:,तदनन्तर भीमसेनने अत्यन्त कुपित हो हँसते हुए-से दूसरे भल्लसे सूतपुत्रकी छातीमें बड़े जोरसे आघात किया
athāpareṇa bhallena sūtaputraḥ stanāntare | ājaghāna bhṛśaṃ kruddho hasann iva vṛkodaraḥ ||
ਫਿਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੱਸਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਵ੍ਰਿਕੋਦਰ ਭੀਮਸੇਨ ਨੇ ਹੋਰ ਇੱਕ ਭੱਲ-ਬਾਣ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਤਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਛਾਤੀ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਬੜੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ।
