वर्म मुख्यं तनुत्राणं शातकुम्भपरिष्कृतम्
varma mukhyaṃ tanutrāṇaṃ śātakumbhapariṣkṛtam
ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਰਵੋਤਮ ਕਵਚ—ਤਨੁਤ੍ਰਾਣ—ਧਾਰਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜੋ ਸ਼ਾਤਕੁੰਭ ਸੋਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਨਿਖਾਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਪੰਕਤੀ ਦੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਯੁੱਧ-ਤਿਆਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਹ-ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜਸੀ ਠਾਠ—ਦੋਵੇਂ—ਇਕੱਠੇ ਚਲਦੇ ਹਨ।
