Irāvān-nidhana-anantaraṃ Ghaṭotkaca-nādaḥ
After Irāvān’s fall: Ghaṭotkaca’s roar and the clash with Duryodhana
चोदयाश्वान् हृषीकेश यत्रैते बहुला रथा:
sañjaya uvāca | codayāśvān hṛṣīkeśa yatraite bahulā rathāḥ | mādhava ime 'stravidyā-vidaḥ raṇa-durmadā bahusaṅkhyakāḥ śūrāḥ yathā asmākam senāyā vināśaṃ na kuryuḥ tathā etad rathaṃ tatraiva nayasva ||
ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—“ਹ੍ਰਿਸ਼ੀਕੇਸ਼! ਜਿਥੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਰਥ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਉਸੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੰਕੋ। ਮਾਧਵ! ਇਸ ਰਥ ਨੂੰ ਉਥੇ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੈ ਚਲੋ ਕਿ ਅਸਤ੍ਰ-ਵਿਦਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਪੁੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਰਣ-ਮਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੱਤੇ ਇਹ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਸ਼ੂਰਵੀਰ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ।”
