ते कृत्वा समरव्यूहं सूचीमुखमरिंदमा: । बिभिदुर्धार्तराष्ट्राणां तद् रथानीकमाहवे
te kṛtvā samaravyūhaṃ sūcīmukham ariṃdamāḥ | bibhidur dhārtarāṣṭrāṇāṃ tad rathānīkam āhave ||
ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਹ ਸੂਰਮੇ ‘ਸੂਚੀਮੁਖ’ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਸਮਰ-ਵਿਊਹ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਰਣਭੂਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਧ੍ਰਿਤਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਸ ਰਥ-ਵਾਹਿਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੀਰਦੇ-ਫਾੜਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧੇ।
