अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः
Yudhiṣṭhira–Śrutāyu encounter; Cekitāna–Gautama clash; Abhimanyu pressure; Arjuna’s redeployment
पुनर्युद्धाय समरे प्रययुर्भीमपार्षतौ । ततो युधिष्ठटिर: प्राह समाहूय स्वसैनिकान्
punar yuddhāya samare prayayur bhīmapārṣatau | tato yudhiṣṭhiraḥ prāha samāhūya svasainikān ||
ਸੰਜਯ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਭੀਮ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਸ਼ਤ (ਧ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਦ੍ਯੁਮਨ) ਮੁੜ ਯੁੱਧ ਲਈ ਰਣਭੂਮੀ ਵੱਲ ਵਧੇ। ਤਦ ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੈਨਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ—ਇਹ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਦੀ ਅੰਧੀ ਝੋਕ ਨਹੀਂ, ਧਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਯੁੱਧ-ਕ੍ਰਮ ਦੀ ਸੋਚ-ਵਿਚਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਸੀ।
