ततोडब्रवीच्छान्तनव: सवनिव महारथान् | एष भीमो रणे क्रुद्धो धार्तराष्ट्रानू महारथान्
tato 'bravīc chāntanavaḥ saṃniviṣṭān mahārathān | eṣa bhīmo raṇe kruddho dhārtarāṣṭrān mahārathān ||
ਤਦ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਨੁਨੰਦਨ ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਮਹਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ— “ਇਹ ਭੀਮ ਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਿਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਧਾਰਤਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਪੱਖ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਢਾਹ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ; ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੇਤੀ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰੋ।”
