इति पार्थ प्रशस्याथ प्रगृह्मान्यन्महद् धनु: । मुमोच समरे वीर: शरान् पार्थरथं प्रति
sañjaya uvāca |
iti pārtha praśasyātha pragṛhyānyan mahad dhanuḥ |
mumoca samare vīraḥ śarān pārtharathaṃ prati ||
ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ— ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਰਥ (ਅਰਜੁਨ) ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੀਰ ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਫਿਰ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਧਨੁਸ਼ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਰਣਭੂਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਥ ਦੇ ਰਥ ਵੱਲ ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
