Evening Withdrawal after Arjuna’s Counter-Advance
हयांश्व तेषां निर्भिद्य सारथींश्षु परंतप । शरैश्वैतान् समाकीर्य प्रायाच्छल्यरथं प्रति
hayāṁś ca teṣāṁ nirbhidya sārathīṁś ca parantapa | śaraiś caitān samākīrya prāyāc chalyarathaṁ prati ||
ਹੇ ਪਰੰਤਪ! ਫਿਰ ਸ਼ਵੇਤ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਧ ਕੇ, ਤੀਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰੀਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੜ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ; ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਸ਼ਲ੍ਯ ਦੇ ਰਥ ਵੱਲ ਝਪਟਿਆ।
