सम्बन्ध-- इस प्रकार भगवान्की स्घुति और प्रणाम करके अब भगवान्के गुण
arjuna uvāca | sakheti matvā prasabhaṁ yad uktaṁ he kṛṣṇa he yādava he sakheti | ajānatā mahimānaṁ tavedaṁ mayā pramādāt praṇayena vāpi | yac cāvahāsārtham asat-kṛto ’si vihāra-śayyāsana-bhojaneṣu | eko ’tha vāpy acyuta tat-samakṣaṁ tat kṣāmaye tvām aham aprameyam ||
ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਪਣਾ ਮਿੱਤਰ ਸਮਝ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਹਠਾਤ ਬੋਲ ਗਿਆ—‘ਹੇ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ’, ‘ਹੇ ਯਾਦਵ’, ‘ਹੇ ਸਖਾ’—ਤੇਰੀ ਇਹ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਨਾ ਜਾਣਦਿਆਂ, ਚਾਹੇ ਬੇਧਿਆਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਪਿਆਰ ਨਾਲ, ਉਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਮਾਫ਼ੀ ਮੰਗਦਾ ਹਾਂ।
