तैश्व मुक्ताउ्छरान्‌ भीष्मो युधि सत्यपराक्रम:

Transliteration

taiś ca muktoccharān bhīṣmo yudhi satyaparākramaḥ

Translation

ਸੰਜਯ ਬੋਲਿਆ—ਯੁੱਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਚੇ ਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਾਲੇ ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਛੱਡੇ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਦਾ ਜਵਾਬ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ; ਖ਼ਤਰੀ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਡੋਲ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਧੀਰਜ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਟੇ ਰਹੇ।
