अश्वमेधावसानम् — Dakṣiṇā-vibhāga and Avabhṛtha
Completion of the Aśvamedha
सुप्रतीतैस्तथा विप्रैः स्वागमै: सुस्वरैर्न॒प । अश्रान्तैश्ञापि लघुभिरवथ्वर्युवृषभैस्तथा
vaiśampāyana uvāca | supratītaiḥ tathā vipraiḥ svāgamaiḥ susvarair nṛpa | aśrāntaiś ca api laghubhir adhvaryu-vṛṣabhaiḥ tathā ||
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਨ੍ਰਿਪ, ਸੁਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਵੇਦਵੇਤਾ ਵਿਪ੍ਰ ਆਪਣੇ-ਆਪਣੇ ਆਗਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਤੇ ਮਿੱਠੇ ਸੁਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੰਤ੍ਰ ਪਾਠ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ; ਅਤੇ ਅਥਕ, ਤੇਜ਼-ਕਰਮੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਅਧਵਰਯੂ ਵੀ ਬਿਨਾ ਥੱਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਕਰਤੱਬ ਨਿਭਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
