अश्वमेधीयस्य हयस्य दक्षिणापश्चिमगमनम् — The Sacrificial Horse’s Southern and Western Circuit

इत्युक्तस्तदनादृत्य वाक्यमज्ञानमोहित: । स शक्रसमकर्माणं समवाकिरदाशुगै:
Transliteration
ity uktas tad anādṛtya vākyam ajñāna-mohitaḥ | sa śakra-sama-karmāṇaṃ samavākirad āśugaiḥ ||
Translation
ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਉਂ ਕਹਿਣ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਅਗਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਮੋਹ ਵਿਚ ਪੈ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਅਣਸੁਣੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਦਰ-ਸਮ ਪਰਾਕ੍ਰਮੀ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੇਜ਼-ਉੱਡਦੇ ਬਾਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਖਾ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ।
