विदुरं पूजयित्वा च वैश्यापुत्र॑ समेत्य च

Transliteration

viduraṁ pūjayitvā ca vaiśyāputraṁ sametya ca

Translation

ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਦੁਰ ਦਾ ਵਿਧੀਵਤ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵੈਸ਼ਿਆ-ਪੁੱਤਰ ਨਾਲ ਵੀ ਮਿਲੇ; ਯਥੋਚਿਤ ਆਦਰ ਨਾਲ ਧਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧੇ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਧਰਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਗਿਆਨੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਇਕ ਨਾਲ ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਟ ਵਰਤਾਓ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
