कृत्वा शान्तिं यथान्यायं सर्वश: पर्यवारयन्‌ । कृत्वा तु मध्ये राजानममात्यांश्व॒ यथाविधि

Transliteration

kṛtvā śāntiṃ yathānyāyaṃ sarvaśaḥ paryavārayan | kṛtvā tu madhye rājānam amātyāṃś ca yathāvidhi ||

Translation

ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਯਥਾ-ਨਿਆਇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਿਕਰਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਪਾਸਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਘੇਰਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ; ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਹਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕੀਤੀ।
