atīva prekṣaṇīyo bhūn merur munigaṇair iva | mattānāṁ hṛṣṭarūpāṇāṁ strīṇāṁ puṁsāṁ ca bhārata ||
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਹੇ ਭਾਰਤ! ਉਹ ਥਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਦਰਸ਼ਨੀਯ ਹੋ ਗਈ—ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੁਨਿਗਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਘਿਰਿਆ ਮੇਰੂ ਪਰਬਤ—ਜਿੱਥੇ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਸਤ ਇਸਤਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਪੁਰਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਤੇ ਤੇਜਸਵੀ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਧਾਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ।
